User Agreement — NotiFin

info 1. General Provisions

1.1

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the NotiFin service, which includes the NotiFin Telegram bot and the NotiFin Mini App (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service").

1.2

The Service is operated by Staffilocode (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1.3

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.4

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older.

2.1

NotiFin is a personal financial planning tool that operates within the Telegram messaging platform. It helps users track upcoming payments and income, set reminders, and plan their budget.

2.2

The Service provides the following functionality:

Creating and managing one-time and recurring transactions
Smart notifications about upcoming payments
Balance forecasting with interactive charts
Balance optimization with date shift suggestions
Managing accounts (cards, credits, payments)
Data export in CSV format
Multi-language interface (English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian)

2.3

The Service is provided free of charge.

Key principle: NotiFin does not collect any sensitive personal data.

3.1

Telegram identity data (Telegram ID and first name).

These are provided automatically by the Telegram platform when the user starts the Service. This information is openly accessible within the Telegram ecosystem by design — it is not confidential or sensitive data. The Operator uses it solely to identify the user's session within the Service.

3.2

User-entered content (account names, amounts, dates).

All other data stored by the Service — such as account labels (e.g., "Salary", "Rent"), transaction amounts, and dates — is entered voluntarily by the user. This data:

is arbitrary text chosen by the user, with no verification against any real-world financial source;
does not constitute banking data, payment details, or legally defined personal data;
cannot be used to access any financial accounts or identify the user outside the Service.

3.3

What the Service does NOT collect under any circumstances:

Bank account numbers, card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or any banking credentials
Passwords or authentication tokens for any external services
Real account balances fetched from banks or financial institutions
Location data, contacts, browsing history, or any device data

3.4

Because the Service does not process legally defined personal data (financial credentials, identity documents, biometrics, etc.), it does not fall under personal data protection regulations applicable to services handling such data. The Operator bears no legal liability in the event of data disclosure, as the stored data does not contain sensitive or confidential information.

3.5

All user-entered data is used exclusively to provide the Service's functionality and is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties.

3.6

The user may export their data in CSV format at any time via the Service settings, and may request deletion of all their data by contacting support@notifin.app.

3.7

Since the Service operates within the Telegram platform, data transmission is subject to Telegram's own privacy policy and infrastructure. The Operator is not responsible for data security at the Telegram platform level.

rule 4. User Obligations

4.1

The user must independently monitor the fulfillment of their financial obligations. The Service is an informational tool and should not be the sole means of tracking payments.

4.2

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter into the Service.

4.3

The user agrees not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

warning 5. Disclaimer of Liability

5.1

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5.2

The Operator is not responsible for:

Financial losses or damages resulting from non-receipt, delay, or inaccuracy of notifications
Errors, interruptions, or downtime in the Service's operation
Actions or inactions of the user based on information provided by the Service
Any issues arising from the Telegram platform, including but not limited to Telegram service outages, message delivery failures, or changes to the Telegram API

5.3

Notifications depend on the Telegram messaging infrastructure and the user's device settings (such as notification permissions and battery optimization). The Operator cannot guarantee delivery of every notification.

copyright 6. Intellectual Property

6.1

The NotiFin name, logo, and all associated content, design, and software are the intellectual property of the Operator.

6.2

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

7.1

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available through the Service (Settings section) and at the links provided in the Service.

7.2

Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.

7.3

If the user does not agree with the updated terms, they must discontinue use of the Service.
